Follow Up Regarding Credit Card Payments for K-1 Fiancée Visas
Transcript of the above video:
As the title to this video suggests I needed to do a sort of Correction if you will or an update regarding information pertaining to credit card payments associated with filing for K-1 fiancée visas.
In a prior video I noted that it was not possible to do that based on a press release from the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service but upon further research, specifically citing the USCIS.gov website. It notes specifically: “You may pay the filing fee with money order, personal check or cashier's check when filing at a USCIS lockbox facility. You may also pay by credit card using a specific form." So basically again, in a prior video I said it wasn't possible to pay by credit card with respect to the K-1 Fiancée Visa or the petition associated therewith, the I-129f, but now it would appear as though "yes you can go ahead and do that". There is a form associated with that procedure and depending on the given situation, that form can be used depending on someone's specific circumstances.
So I just want to provide an update and that is the sole purpose for this video.
