As the title of this video suggests, we are going to go ahead and be talking about the K1 Visa and specifically certain fee changes which have been announced that are coming down the pipe rather soon.

These fees are some of the government fees associated with the filing of a petition for a K1 Fiance Visa.

It recently came to my attention through the Federal register; it is my understanding that now the form associated with the K-1 Fiance Visa the I-129f, the filing fee will now be modified.  It is currently US$535. The filing fee associated with that is going to go to US$ 520.  So this is one of those circumstances where a fee change with respect to a US government benefit is a good thing and it is actually being modified downward so in the relatively near future it stands to reason we are going to see that fee being US$520 as opposed to US$535 that we have been dealing with up to the time of this video.
